Shipping success since 1981
The origins of GMT Shipping & Logistics Group can be traced back to 1981 and the UK establishment of Hayling Seas Line SA and Snaddon (UK) Ltd. As the Group’s business became focused on Asia, GMT Shipping Line Inc. was incorporated in Hong Kong on 14 January 1998.
Since then, GMT Shipping & Logistics Group has continuously provided regular specialist liner services transporting conventional and steel cargo from the Baltic and Black Sea to West Africa. We have been expanding our service scope, range and reach ever since.
